Lean in close because I have some news for you.

It doesn’t have to be this hard.

There’s another way.

Lean in close because I have some news for you.

What if you could...

Take stress + worry off the throne...and put God back on it.

What if you could allow the inner peace + clarity that’s been lying dormant within you, to rise up? What would life look like operating from the truth that God has placed everything inside of you that you need in this moment?

You see, when we allow worry to dominate our thoughts and actions, it often leads to unnecessary stress and distraction. However, when we put God at the center, we acknowledge His control over all situations, bringing peace and confidence, knowing that He is in charge.

Isaiah 41:10 "So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."

Are you ready to take the first step?

I work with highly motivated adults who are ready to create change, they just need the tools. My clients are looking for an approach that focuses on aligning their thoughts + behaviors + emotions towards their goals, infused with the Christian faith.

But, here’s the problem…

Many times we give it to God...and then we take it back.

Sometimes we surrender problems or concerns to God, only to later take them back when things don’t unfold as expected or when patience runs thin. Without an unshakeable connection with God, there is a tension between trust and control—trusting God with the situation but sometimes feeling the urge to “fix” things ourselves when outcomes are delayed or don’t meet our expectations.

It’s important not only to truly let go + trust in God’s timing and plan, but also to ensure our thoughts + emotions + behaviors are a match for God’s higher plan for our life. Inadvertently, we can limit what God can do in our life because limited thoughts can equate limited faith. And faith shows God that we trust in Him…and that we can be trusted just the same.

Sometimes, when we take back the concern we gave to God, God will step back and patiently wait for us to return to Him. The result? We rely on our own understanding + we assume God isn’t listening, but really it’s us who isn’t listening. God’s ways are higher than our ways and His plan is always better than ours.

Isaiah 55:8-9 "For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways," declares the Lord. "As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts."

The truth is…

When we seek God, we allow Him to course-correct our path.

It’s about shifting from a mindset of self-reliance to a mindset of God-reliance. Many people look to things or people for things that can only be given by God and settle for “microwave/quick-fix mindsets” – but they don’t last and soon they are right back to where they were- worrying about the next thing.

As the saying goes, “You will continue to cycle between fear-surprise-fear-surprise until you reach a point of prayer that says you lead and I follow”.

When we align our hearts and minds with His will + seek God through prayer, reflection, and trusting His guidance, we begin to see ourselves more clearly, free from the distortions of our own expectations, fears, or desires. That’s when worry is edged out by God’s peace.

Proverbs 3:5-6 "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight."

You may be thinking…

"I've tried to pray or give it to God before, but nothing changed.”

It’s completely natural to feel discouraged at times, especially when you’ve been wrestling with the same struggles for a long time and haven’t seen the change you hoped for. The feeling of “I’ve always been this way” can create a sense of hopelessness. But it’s important to remember that God’s ways of working in our lives aren’t always immediate or according to our timeline.

John 5:17 "In his defense Jesus said to them, 'My Father is always at his work to this very day, and I too am working.'" Isaiah 60:22 "When the time is right, I, the Lord, will make it happen." Mathew 9:29 "According to your faith let it be done unto you."

And the great news is...

Even amidst stress, there is a peace that won't subside.

The peace that God offers is truly transformative. It’s often described in scripture as a peace “that passes all understanding” (Philippians 4:7). It’s not based on circumstances, but on the reassurance that God is always present, in control, and deeply cares for us. This divine peace doesn’t just provide comfort in times of calm, but also gives strength during trials, offering rest to our minds and hearts.

When we trust in God’s presence and His promises, His peace settles in, helping us navigate the storms of life with a sense of tranquility and confidence. It’s a peace that guards our hearts and minds, reminding us that we are never alone, no matter what we face.

Isaiah 30:21 "Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, 'This is the way; walk in it.'"

Did you know that...

  • God’s Timing is Different from Ours
Sometimes, we may not see change right away because God is working in ways that are beyond our immediate understanding. In the Bible, there’s a verse that says, “The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead, he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.” (2 Peter 3:9). This reminds us that God’s timing is perfect, and He often allows things to unfold in a way that shapes us and prepares us for the transformation we’re seeking.

  • God Is Working Even When We Can’t See It
Change often happens incrementally. It’s easy to focus on the external circumstances and feel like nothing is happening, but sometimes God works in our hearts first, changing our perspective, or teaching us things that are preparing us for greater breakthroughs later. Philippians 1:6 tells us, “Being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.”
This is for you if...

Which is why we must remember...

  • God’s Faithfulness Won’t Change
Just because we don’t see immediate results doesn’t mean that God is not at work. Sometimes we can become frustrated with the process. Yet, “the Lord is faithful, and he will strengthen you and protect you from the evil one” (2 Thessalonians 3:3). God doesn’t abandon us in our struggles, even when it feels like things haven’t changed. Trusting that He is faithful in every moment helps to carry us through the periods of waiting.

  • It’s About the Journey, Not Just the Outcome
Change is often not just about the end result, but also about the person we become in the process. Sometimes God uses the waiting to teach us perseverance, patience, and deeper trust. Through the struggle, we may learn to rely on Him more fully, which is a greater victory than just the external change we’re looking for.

  • Keep Coming to God
The act of bringing your struggles to God, even when it feels like nothing has changed, is powerful. In Romans 12:12, we are encouraged to “Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.” The consistency of coming before God—whether or not we see immediate change—develops a deeper relationship with Him and builds our faith.

Remember, you are not alone in this journey, and God is with you every step of the way, even when it feels like you’re stuck. The fact that you’re still trying, still praying, still seeking, is part of the victory itself. God is always working, even in ways we may not yet understand.
